The Krazies had their first practice on March 18th, 2000. Nick and Mike had been in Bombshell and felt lost after they broke up, and Adam and Luke had been in FBI Corrupt and felt the same way. Nick suggested that since they both had half a band, they should all get together for some fun. Nick called his cousin Brian to come play drums, and in their first practice they got 3 songs down pretty well.

In the next couple of months, they wrote more songs and started getting ready to do a show. They picked up a few more covers, and practice became a regular weekly thing.

Brian traded his drum set for a set of Sonors, which was pretty cool except bass and guitar could no longer be heard over him. On July 23rd, Adam and Luke started up a side band called Generation Nerd. Luke wrote Guttersluts for GN, but it got incorporated into a Krazies song. Shortly after that, The Krazies wrote Disowned, Army of Darkness, and Nihilist. Luke decided to quit Generation Nerd, and focus on just The Krazies. He pushed and pushed to get a show, and the were booked to play one at the Getaway on August 26th, 2000. They played with Set to Burn and The Groodys.

Nick wrote No Future, and Adam wrote 2050 Politics, which at first Mike was unable to sing due to the vocabulary of it... Due to the bands misanthropic behaivor, they picked up I Hate People, originally done by Anti-Nowhere League. Adam considers it his personal anthem, and it really sound like something Nick would write. Soon after that came Anti-Soldier, which Adam wrote from Nick's point of view. Adam says Nick is an "Anti-Soldier".

The band started saving up money to purchase a PA System, because plugging the mics into bass amps doesn't suffice after a little while. Brian had to get a new day job, which was "raping" the band of practice time. Adam and Nick started practicing all the words because Mike stopped showing up and Luke was soon to leave for college.

Soon, talk of playing another show came up, sometime in October or November. Mike just totally stopped showing up to practice, and the band was forced to have to adjust to one less singer. To make things worse, Luke also quit on October 11th, 2000. Nick and Adam took over vocals.

Soon after, they went up to Dick's Country Store and bought over $1,000 worth of equipment, including a 300 watt bass amp and a PA system. Megan (Nick's girlfriend) and Holly came to practice to do a Vice Squad cover, which wound up being Tomorrow's Soldier. They recorded a shitty demo tape to spread around to get their name out, and it was sent to people as far away as Philadelphia (hot college girls).

Adam set up a show at the Getaway on January 27th, 2001. Nick made up some fliers, and they had a good turnout. They played with Set to Burn and The Groodys again. Luke came up and sang Guttersluts, which the crowd loved. Adam embarassed the hell out of his girlfriend too, which he's going to make a regular thing at shows.
